Modern architectural elements utilizing natural wooden structures create a sculpture-like appearance and curb appeal while providing functional, energy efficient interior spaces. With a goal of achieving LEED platinum accreditation the building will feature photovoltaic panels, high-efficiency appliances and water fixtures, smart thermostats and a tight building envelope to maximize energy efficiency.
